i2: Ban of Motorized Scooters

Motorized scooters shall be banned from the walkways.

Reasons

Moving scooters endanger pedestrians.
Parked scooters obstruct the walkway and create a barrier, in particular for the elderly and disabled.

Suggestions

Only ban rental scooters: This is an interesting idea and I actually see the point. However, I will not adopt it for this initiative because a full ban should be a voting option. Please consider an alternative suggestion. -not adopted-
